EXTRA HEAVY CRUMB CAKE

Duncan Hines Butter Cake Mix (red box) (DISREGARD BOX DIRECTIONS) |

2/3 cup |
Milk |

2/3 cup |
Oil |
In mixer blend together (4 minutes)
Grease and flour cookie sheet (11x15 or 11x17)
Bake at least 20 minutes (until done) @ 350 degrees

melted margarine |

melted butter |

vanilla |
Combine melted margarine, butter, and vanilla; let cool.
Mix flour, cinnamon, and both sugars, then add melted butter mixture.
Crumble and put topping onto cake. (Squeeze large lumps of topping with hands and separate onto cake.)
Bake again another 20 minutes (350 degrees).
Remove from oven, let cool, then sprinkle confectioners sugar on top.
Brian usually makes extra crumb mixture for the cake. He likes to keep the cake part thin and the crumb part thick.
Brian also wants to point out that the cake mix that he finds in the store is actually called: Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Cake Mix [Butter Recipe Golden]. (And it is in a red box!)
